Byala - the "Bulgarian Riviera"

Byala is a small resort town on the central Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, ~60 km from Varna and 70 km from Burgas. The population is about 2,500. The town is located on the border of Varna and Burgas regions, surrounded by vineyards and forested hills.

Byala is famous for its crystal-clear sea - there have never been any industrial enterprises in the town. The main town beach stretches for 6 kilometres, width from 10 to 50 metres. The sand is white and fine. The gentle entry into the water makes Byala ideal for holidays with children.
